'An exciting club' - Rangnick advises Nagelsmann on Spurs job

In an interview on Wednesday afternoon, Ralph Rangnick suggested that Julian Nagelsmann should coach Tottenham this season.

"I think Tottenham is an exciting club in every way," Rangnick told Sky Sports. "They probably have one of the most modern and beautiful stadiums in the world right now. They have one of the best training centers right now, they have Daniel Levy who has been running the club for many years."

"Managing Tottenham can be an incredibly exciting story. It still has room for improvement, but at the same time, there is plenty of room for error. It's not a club that expects you to be one, two, three immediately."

The 35-year-old Nagelsmann was a scout for Augsburg, and later served as the coach of Hoffenheim, RB Leipzig and Bayern Munich. So far, he has accumulated a record of 221 wins, 89 draws and 78 losses, and won 1 Bundesliga championship and 2 German Super Cup championships.

In March of this year, Nagelsmann was dismissed by Bayern as the coach on the grounds of the team's poor record. He later had scandals with Chelsea and Tottenham one after another, and is now regarded by the latter as the primary candidate for the new coach.
