Harris underwent arthroscopic surgery to remove small bone particles blocked in his ankle following his Nov. 14 injury. However, the Nets have admitted that Harris’s recovery after surgery is not optimistic as early as Harris’s recovery from surgery on November 29. The timetable was extended to 10 weeks.

Nets head coach Steve Nash expressed the hope that Harris does not need to undergo another surgery, because it will lead to his comeback time extended again, I am afraid that this season will be reimbursed. At present, Harris can return to the Nets' lineup in the rehabilitation phase, but his injury has not been completely eradicated, which will bring him a huge hidden danger. So for the health of the players and the development of the team, the team's medical team has not ruled out the possibility that Harris will undergo surgery again.

Harris, 30, has appeared in 14 games for the Nets this season, averaging 29.9 minutes per game, averaging 11.3 points, four rebounds and one assist per game. He's shooting 46.6 percent from three-point range and 45.2 percent from the field this season. Harris and the Nets' three giants - All-Star Kevin Durant, James Harden and Kyrie Irving played key roles in the Nets. Harris had one of his most efficient seasons with the Nets last season, averaging 14.1 points while shooting 50.5 percent from the field and 47.5 percent from 3-point range.
