Pogba was involved in Fernandes' opening two goals and goals for Mason Greenwood and Fred. Fernandes highlighted how important he was in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side's push for the title this season.
"It's amazing. He's doing really well and he's a big player. Everyone knows that and I hope he can keep getting better and better, because I think he can still do a lot more," Fernandes was quoted as saying by the Manchester Evening. News , Sunday (15/8).
"I'm pretty sure Paul can do five or six (assist) in one game," he added.
According to him, Paul is a quality player, and the entire Red Devils squad believes in him. The bottom line, says Fernandes, is that Paul can put on a good performance and help the team get better and he's pretty sure Paul is here to do that.
