JAKARTA -- Technobike held a series of events to celebrate its 10th anniversary entitled technofest10. The series of events started from riding with the community, bicycle bazaar, bicycle auction, and charity. The plan is that this activity will be held from July 1-10 2022 at SCBD and BSD stores.

Especially for the bicycle festival, it will be held on two consecutive weekends, on 2-3 and 9-10 July. Meanwhile, charity will be held to coincide in the context of Eid al-Adha 2022.

“Here we are in the midst of Technofest in celebration of the 10th anniversary of Technobike. There are several types of events taking place today. Starting 1-10. One of the biggest events is this festival, Technofest10," said General Manager of Technobike Hasri Sigalingging in Jakarta, Saturday (2/7/2022).

"We invite several bicycle brand partners to enliven this event because we want to establish cooperation with all stakeholders who are active in the bicycle world, especially performance bikes," he added.

"We are also doing auctions and charity events which we will do later coincide with Eid al-Adha. So Technobike is also here to provide benefits around us. We will do it in two places, namely SCBD and BSD."

To further enliven this event, Technobike recently held a ride with Indonesian paracycling athlete, Muhammad Fadli Imammuddin, and the Kelapa Gading Bikers bicycle community.

They ride a distance of 110 km and finish at the SCBD Technobike store.

Fadli said he was very enthusiastic about participating in this activity. However, he is currently undergoing a training camp.

For him, this activity is used to relieve boredom in the middle of the training camp because he can meet with community friends.

“I am very enthusiastic about participating in this event even though I am currently participating in TC but I am very happy to participate in this event because this is also my 10th year technobike sponsor event. It means a lot to us as well as meeting friends in Jakarta, we can all stay in touch with friends here," said Fadli.

"This activity is very positive, more and more people are exercising whatever it is, including cycling," added Fadli.

The ride with the community this time was also an entertainment for him who had not had the opportunity to appear at the 2022 ASEAN Para Games. However, he was still persistent in practicing at TC.

"This time, we are the host of APG, but I can only be a supporter for other athletes because there are three sports that are not held at APG, including paracycling. I don't know why. It can be confirmed to the committee," said Fadli.

"I can't complain because complaining can reduce my fighting spirit. I'm like a working person who gets paid for training. That's all I do. To treat it I often attend national events but not specifically for paracycling. For me it's okay, I don't think about it. My condition is important for me to compete," added Fadli.
