Ridwan said there were at least four categories that became the basis for the assessment through FIFA's Talent Development Program, namely management, football, support, and resources. "Everything is very much we pay attention to and will be improved. We will fulfill it gradually. Based on FIFA's input, the most needed improvement is support, such as the talent search and recruitment process. However, we will continue to improve everything," he explained.

Ridwan admitted that the coaching of female players at the Persib Academy is still relatively new, so he will continue to make improvements and improve quality, from training programs to player evaluations.

The Persib Putri Academy was only formed in Bandung in July 2020, and the Persib Putri Academy team which was trained by Iwan Bastian continues to develop, starting with only four players until now 17 players have collected.

The formation of the women's team in Bandung was immediately greeted enthusiastically by the Persib Academy branches in various regions. It is noted that several branches of the Persib Academy, such as Kuningan, Banjar and Purwakarta have also formed a women's team.
