MILAN - AC Milan have reportedly set a deadline to finalize a deal for Club Brugge attacking midfielder Charles De Ketelaere this summer. It was for the sake of winning the scramble with English club Leeds United.

De Ketelaere became the main target of Leeds United. The Yorkshire club is claimed to be ready to grant Club Brugg a price request of 36 million euros with the wage demands according to the player's wishes.

But the 21-year-old footballer insists Milan is his priority. He really hopes to be able to join Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Olivier Giroud for the 2022/2023 campaign.

Unfortunately, twice the offers made by the Rossoneri management were rejected by the Club Brugge hierarchy. Because, the defending champion Italy is still applying for a value of under 35 million euros.

Now Calciomercato is quoted by Inside Futebol , Tuesday (19/7) Milan will make a final offer to Club Brugge, and the proposal is expected to pave the way for the Red Devils to land De Ketelaere.

Milan want De Ketelaere but they don't want to wait long to reach an agreement with Club Brugge. The Serie A giants are ready to look for alternatives if they fail to have a deal for the Belgian at the weekend.
