SAN SIRO--Inter Milan does not seem to be forcing the signing of Romelu Lukaku if indeed Chelsea do not reduce the loan transfer rate.

Reporting from Football Italia, Saturday (18/6), the latest developments say that Inter have set a limit that will not exceed the value of 8 million Euros to borrow Lukaku.

Inter want to borrow Lukaku for a season and the Blues charge 15 million Euros. Inter had made the first offer worth 5 million euros but was rejected. Negotiations are ongoing but Inter will not spend more than 8 million euros.

According to Calciomercato, the Nerazzuri will now be more proactive in finding a replacement for Lukaku as well as a warning to Chelsea that they will not be too disappointed if they fail to sign Lukaku.
