Argentina striker Lautaro said in a recent interview with the media that he hopes teammates Di Maria and Lautaro can fully recover in time and can participate in this year's Qatar World Cup .
Dybala and Di Maria, the two Argentina internationals, were injured in various important games. Lautaro said in an interview, "When I learned that Di Maria was injured, I sent him a text message and he was very calm. , also told me that he will recover soon, I think he needs to rest for about 20 days. I really hope that he and Dybala can recover, they are very important for the Argentine national team."
Di Maria left the field early last week for Juventus against Maccabi Haifa in the Champions League group stage, with Di Maria pressing the back of his right leg. Juventus recently stated that Di Maria suffered a minor injury to the hamstring in his right thigh, so he would need to rest for about 20 days to fully recover.
In addition, Dybala was injured in the 9th round of Serie A last week when Roma played against Lecce. Dybala scored a penalty kick.
On the other hand, Lautaro also said, "Argentina are competitive because we prepare in the best way, and we also show our strength in European teams. I also think that France and Brazil are in the World Cup. The favourites to win the championship, they have strong players and we want to do better."
It is worth mentioning that the "Pampas Eagle" Argentina has maintained an unbeaten record of 35 games in various important competitions, and is definitely one of the favorite teams to win the World Cup.
