Neymar Affirms Will Not Change His Partying Habits
2/11/2021, 22:37PARIS - Paris Saint Germain (PSG) star, Neymar, confirmed that he would not leave his habit of organizing parties. So far, one of the biggest criticisms of the world's most expensive player has been his glamorous lifestyle. He often holds massive parties, including inviting a number of celebrities, famous figures, or teammates.
Finally, the 29-year-old is known to be holding a new year's party in the suburbs of Rio de Janiero. At the party, Neymar was said to have invited 500 people and did not implement the Covid-19 preventive health protocol.
Later, the party organizers denied the news. Even so, the lifestyle of Neymar, who often holds parties, is considered to have affected his performance on the field.
Not to mention the history of injuries that the former Barcelona striker often experiences. This season, Neymar has even been recorded as having entered the treatment room twice because he suffered an injury and missed 10 matches.
Due to his habit of holding these parties, Neymar is considered immature and has not been able to adjust to the demands of being a professional footballer. However, the player who started his career at Santos insisted he did not want to change his habit.
Neymar also denied the notion that he called himself immature and could not manage his time well.
`` So, who doesn't love to party? Everyone loves to have fun. I know when is the right time to party or throw a party, and when I can't. Contrary to what people think, that I am immature and don't know what I'm doing, '' Neymar said as reported by ESPN, Tuesday (2/2).
Neymar also said that his habit of organizing parties and his social life had no effect on his performance on the pitch. A party event, said Neymar, is a way to momentarily forget about fatigue and the routine of appearing on a green field.
For this reason, Neymar is reluctant to give up this habit. `` I've been in football for the last few years. If you focus 100 percent on football, I think your head will explode. Parties are a time for me to calm down and relax. I will not stop doing it, '' said the player who has packed 83 goals and 46 assists from 101 appearances in all competitions since defending PSG in 2017.
