JAKARTA – Manchester United (MU) is still waiting to find out if Paul Pogba is interested in signing a new contract at Old Trafford. The France international's current contract expires in June 2022.

Pogba will be able to hold talks with other clubs in January 2022 on a free transfer.

Reporting from Sportsmole , Sunday (26/9), the 28-year-old has impressed for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team at the start of the new season. He contributed seven assists in six appearances in all competitions.

However, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, the 20-times Premier League champions still don't know if the midfielder will leave his future to the club.

Romano claims that the contract has been on the table for months. However, Pogba has yet to make a decision despite the fact that he loves the atmosphere created at the club in recent months.

Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and Juventus have all been linked with the 2018 World Cup winner, who has made 212 appearances for Man United in all competitions. Pogba's agent, Mino Raiola, says his client could return to Juventus next year.
