PSS Sleman Rutin Tes Swab Cegah Penyebaran Covid-19

All PSS players, coaches and officials tested negative for Covid on Monday (5/7).

JAKARTA - The PSS Sleman Club routinely holds an antigen swab test to prevent the transmission of Covid-19. Tests are not only mandatory for players, but also for the entire team of coaches and officials.

PSS Team Doctor Elwizan Aminuddin, quoted from the club's official website, Tuesday (6/7), said the latest swab test was carried out on Monday (5/7) which was attended by all PSS team personnel. "Alhamdulillah, after the swab test , the results were clear , meaning all negative. All personnel were free from Covid-19," he said.

The man who is familiarly called Doctor Amin highlighted the importance of monitoring the health development of the players and other staff. With tests carried out regularly, he hopes that PSS can minimize the spread of the disease that attacks the respiratory tract so that if anyone is detected positive for Covid-19, isolation can be carried out as soon as possible.

"Regarding isolation, we refer to the latest Permenkes at the beginning of the year which stipulates that every patient who is confirmed positive for Covid-19 must be isolated for at least 10 days," he said.

In line with the Implementation of Emergency Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in Java and Bali from 3-20 July 2021, all elements in PSS will comply.

"PSS will of course follow the government's recommendations with the existence of an emergency PPKM. For example, even if there are ongoing activities, we will continue to follow strict health protocols," he said.

Doctor Amin explained that the Emergency PPKM in Java and Bali from 3-20 July 2021 was decided by the government to reduce the transmission of the spread of Covid-19.

"We also urge the team to always carry out strict health protocols, such as washing hands, staying away from crowds, not going out if there is no emergency and it is very important," he said.
