Ismael Bennacer's win for the Rossoneri brought them to the top of the standings with a three-point advantage over second-placed Napoli.

The 1-0 win was the third time in a row. Pioli said his team actually wanted to win with a big score but did not succeed. However, for Pioli the most important thing is that Milan won.

"We did great things, but we also know there are four teams that can still win the Scudetto. There is no point in looking too far ahead, there is still a long way to go and we just need to concentrate on our own path," Pioli said.
