Wolves announce four-year extension to Chem Campbell
10/14/2022, 07:57Wolverhampton Wanderers have officially announced a four-year contract extension with Chem Campbell , and Wolves have the right to extend his contract for another year.
Wolves technical director Scott Silas said they are happy Campbell has improved over the past few years. Campbell is now promoted to the first team and he has shown his character in several appearances. Silas hopes that Campbell can continue to work hard, gain more game experience, and then be more confident and contribute more goals and assists to the first team.
Campbell himself is very happy to renew his contract. He has been with Wolves for six years and knows everything here. Wolves are home to Campbell and he has enjoyed his time there, he and his family are happy. Campbell said he just wants to maintain a good mentality and continue training to contribute to the team. He wants to do everything he can to repay the club's trust.
Campbell said he was very happy to be a first-team player, "When you are still a first-team player and you are on the edge of the first team, your performance may have ups and downs, because maybe you are training with U21 players today, and it may be tomorrow. Training with the first team players."
